Robert Richer Jewellers have been in business since 1952 and have developed a reputation for the wide range of quality products which they offer and also for their personalized, caring and attentive service. Their customers, individuals, companies, clubs and associations, come mainly from the Montreal area, also from across Canada and from the U.S. They call or come in looking for gifts for special occasions like engagements, anniversaries and retirements or for corporate jewellery customized with text or a logo and acknowledging some special person or event.
Robert Richer Jewellers are jewellery professionals who offer full service in manufacturing, repairs and customization of personal and corporate jewellery. A separate division specializes in sport trophies, business awards and gifts for promotion, rewards or incentives.
If you have a particular piece you want mounted or re-mounted or have something in mind which you would like to have created, Robert Richer Jewellers will ensure a high-quality result which you will be proud of. If you have heirlooms which need work or repairs, they will use their experience with this kind of work to carefully restore the look and function of the piece. For your business, they have rings, watches and other jewellery which can be used to promote your business or reward valuable employees. When it comes to jewellery, you can be sure that Robert Richer Jewellers” attention to quality and workmanship will result in pieces which will give top value to you, to the recipient of your gift, to your employees or to your customers.
Where many jewellers today are mainly re-sellers, Pierre and Linda are hands-on owners who can not only repair and create pieces but use their expertise to offer jewellery which represents a good value for their customers. They will clean, evaluate and repair your heirlooms, advise you on what you should be buying and what will keep its value and supply you with promotional or award material for your corporate needs.
When you have great product value and the expertise to give excellent service, you have to use networking to get the news out. Pierre was introduced to the DEA Networking Association by Lyne Gagnon, translator. He joined in 1994 to extend his contacts outside of the West Island, the traditional market for his business. The DEA contacts also let Pierre develop corporate jewellery, a growing part of his business. As part of his DEA activities, Pierre has been active on committees, has been on the executive for a number of years and has served as the President for 1999/2000/2001.
